December weekend dates for Winklespruit licensing centre

The Winklespruit Drivers Licence Testing Centre will be closed from 10:00 on Friday, December 13 and reopen the next day as usual.

THE Winklespruit Drivers Licence Testing Centre (DLTC) will be closed at 10:00 on December 13 due to internal alignment activities.

It will reopen as usual the next day, December 14, and will remain open for the rest of the month. Metro police spokesperson, Colonel Boysie Zungu, apologised for any inconvenience this closure may cause.

The DLTC is open on Saturday, December 14, 21 and 28, for all driver’s licence related transactions from 07:00 to 14:00. Send an email to Winkles.Testcentre@durban.gov.za to book an appointment to renew a driver’s licence or any other enquiries.

For motor vehicle licence transactions, the Winklespruit Sizakala Centre motor licensing office will be open on Saturday, December 14, 21 and 28 from 07:30 to 12:30. The Winklepruit DLTC accepts both cash and card payments.
