Car stolen in Chatsworth found stripped in KwaMakhutha

The Kia bakkie that was stolen in Chatsworth was recovered in KwaMakhutha with its interior partially stripped.

A KIA bakkie that had been reported stolen in Havenside, Chatsworth was recovered in KwaMakhutha with its interior partially stripped on December 6.

PT Alarms’ spokesperson Dhevan Govindasamy said tracking teams were deployed after the vehicle’s tracking device was activated.

“Tracking teams immediately made their way to the direction of the signal emission and successfully recovered the vehicle which was left abandoned with the interior partially stripped. The responders are commended for their efforts to fight vehicle crime,” said Govindasamy.
