[Video] Alleged woman killer dead after shoot-out

When the police arrived at an Amanzimtoti residence to arrest Philangenkosi Makhanya, he allegedly produced a firearm and fired at the police who then fired back, killing him.

PHILANGENKOSI Makhanya was shot and killed by police at an apartment complex in Amanzimtoti after he allegedly fired at them first when they arrived to arrest him on May 30. Makhanya was suspected of killing Olorato Mongale in Lombardy East, Gauteng, on May 25, hours after picking her up at her residence to go out on a first date.
