Folweni man wanted for double murder

He allegedly shot and killed two siblings at their home at Mpusheni Reserve on April 28.

THE police are seeking the assistance of the community in locating 20-year-old Zethembe Joyful Mzulwini, who is commonly known as “Zwe”, from Mpusheni Reserve in Folweni.

Police spokesperson, Constable Thenjiswa Ngcobo, said Mzulwini was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition in January and was later released on bail, however, he violated his bail conditions.

“While on bail, he allegedly committed a double murder where he reportedly shot and killed two siblings at their home at Mpusheni Reserve on April 28. A warrant of his arrest was issued by the Nsimbini Magistrate’s Court on May 5,” said Ngcobo.

Police are appealing to anyone who might have information about the whereabouts of Mzulwini to contact the investigating detective on 082 334 8323 or call Crime Stop on 08600 10111. Tip-offs can also be relayed via the MySAPS App.
