Missing person: Help bring Ian home

Ian Mac Gregor went missing from his Doonside home and hasn't been seen or heard from since.

A CASE of a missing person was opened at Amanzimtoti Police Station today, August 26, after 51-year-old Ian Mac Gregor went missing from his Doonside home yesterday.

Ian was last seen by his wife, Gerda Mac Gregor, yesterday morning. According to Gerda, Ian left home at around 13:00 to buy cat food but did not return.

“He left his wallet, house keys and clothes behind. His cellphone has been off since yesterday at 15:40. That was the last time he was active on WhatsApp. When I try to call him, the calls go directly to voicemail,” she said.

Gerda said she has not heard from her husband and is extremely worried. “He did not come home last night. I am really worried about him.”
