Barflies a great success at ABC

The first Barflies day at ABC was a huge success, and over a hundred bowlers and would-be bowlers filled 14 rinks.

IN the women’s 2-4-2 at Amanzimtoti Bowling Club, the winners were Marion Crouch and Adrienne Robbins, and the runners-up were Yvonne Wright and Gaynor Snyman.

The second session was won by Cathy du Plooy and Val de Kok.

Sue Welch won the 100 board.

At TGIF Alan McGregor won the 100 board. Trevor Zulch, social member number 84 was not present when his number was drawn in the member’s draw so next week’s draw is worth R200. One women’s game was played and Jeanne Alexander, Adrienne Robbins and Linda McGregor beat Liz Morgan-Davies, Elmarie Young and Jacqui Fouché in the drawn trips.
