Toti hockey women dominate with feast of goals

The club says a sad farewell to one of their most loyal members, Corinne Keen who has made a huge contribution to the club over the last seven years.

TOTI women’s hockey team has been having a very successful hockey season in the women’s first division.

In their last four matches they have notched up 29 goals, with an average of seven goals a match.

The team this year has encouraged high school girls to join and, together with the experience and great skills of the rest of the team, as well as a fantastic coach in Michael Baker, they have become a team with which to be reckoned in the women’s first division league.

Thanks go to Mr Maiden at Warner Beach Prep senior campus who has allowed the club to use the astro turf as its home base, as well as a base for the junior high performance centre and Toti Junior Academy, which are also both growing in numbers and strength.

The club says a sad farewell to one of their most loyal members, Corinne Keen who has made a huge contribution over the last seven years. She will be missed but she is wished well in her new adventures overseas.
