Players should note that no matches are scheduled for weekend of 6 and 7 August.

AMANZIMTOTI Tennis Club’s fundraiser round robin will take place on Saturday, 6 August.
The format is men’s and women’s doubles with a draw for partners.
Be at club at 12.30pm for 1pm. The entry fee is R50 which includes a boerewors roll later in the afternoon. Players are asked to provide a small plate of snacks for afternoon tea.
On Wednesday, 27 July, the club’s women first team recorded a two set win over Kloof 1. Unfortunately the second team’s home match against Hillcrest had to be postponed due to rain damage. Social players are to note that there will only be two courts available during league.
On Wednesday, 10 August the first team is at home against Hillcrest 1 and the second team will travel to Kloof 2. The weekend results were good for the women. The first team drew against Kloof 1 and the second team had a 4-0 win over Coastal Breeze. Sunday’s men’s match was won by Midlands 2.
Players should note that no matches are scheduled for weekend of 6 and 7 August. The development clinic happens each Saturday morning for the duration of the school term. If your child shows an interest in tennis, take them down to the club on Saturday mornings from 9am to 10am. There are racquets available for use and children must wear suitable shoes. Madi and Gabriel will be there to show the children how to play the game.
