Muscleman still going strong at 75

He plans to compete until he is 80.

PROVING that you can achieve anything if you put mind to it, natural bodybuilder Beach, is winning contests men half his age.

Natural bodybuilding building muscle without of drugs or steroids. Stewie Spence’s most achievement is when came second at the INBA Naturals Body Building contest in August.

“I’m very proud of that achievement because the man who took first place is 41-years old,” he said.

His extensive trophy and medal collection is testament to the hard work he has put into the sport since was a teenager. Stewie is very grateful to Marion van Biljon, who sponsors the nutritional supplements that needs, but would otherwise not afford. He plans to compete until he is 80. He is still with the Warnadoone Life Saving Club where he is is an honour badge holder.
