Easy peasy raw cocoa coconut fudge
The best part is, you can store the fudge in your freezer for up to a year.

This delicious, raw dessert recipe can be made in 10 minutes and only uses four ingredients.
Raw cocoa is a super food that boasts more antioxidants than red wine or green tea and gives you a natural energy boost, as well as fighting cancer. Organic, extra virgin coconut oil boosts your metabolic rate, which gives you an energy boost and helps you lose weight.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup extra virgin organic coconut oil
- 3/4 cup raw organic wildflower honey
- 1/2 cup organic raw cocoa powder
- dash of sea salt
- 1/2 of vanilla bean or 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Method:
- You will need two candy mold or ice cube trays.
- Melt the coconut oil in a pan over low heat.
- Add in the honey, cocoa powder, sea salt and vanilla and mix thoroughly with a whisk until combined and smooth.
- Simply spoon the fudge into the candy or icetrays and freeze for 15 to 30 minutes until solid. If you can’t lay your hands on candy or ice trays, use a lasagna pan.
- Cut into small squares and serve. The best part is, you can store the fudge in your freezer for up to a year.
