According to Kagiso from Joburg Water, there is a meeting going on between JW, residents’ representatives and councillors Rashieda Landis and Stuart Marais.

Ward 55 Clr Rashida Landis said she doesn’t see anything different happening because Joburg Water doesn’t have the answers.

“Rand Water need to come on board. The mayor was in my ward this Sunday, they didn’t have the decency to tell me we going to be at the towers so I can address the public. They are taking us for granted as public representatives,” she said.

Media has been barred from the meeting.  JW said their communication department will engage the media after.
