Looted. Burglars ransacks house, grabbing appliances and perfumes

REGENTS PARK – A gaping gate and doors greeted Milton Prior when he arrived home in Victoria Road, Regents Park, from a funeral on Saturday September 20.

He said thugs broke the burglar door in the main house and took his valuables. His family attended a funeral in Springs. They left in the morning and came back around 19:45.

“They broke into my house and took the TV with remote, computer, hi-fi, jewelleries, DVDs and removed a safe from the wall. They then moved to my son’s backyard room and took a DVD player, spare keys and expensive perfumes. The house was actually ransacked,” explained Milton.

A case of house robbery was opened at Moffatview Police Station, also Milton urges the community to help where they can, especially if someone is selling house appliances, he can be contacted at 083 628 3397.
