Panorma Pick n Pay announces bakkie winner
On Saturday August 29 the winner of the Win a Bakkie competition, which has been running for the past few months at Pick n Pay Panorama Shopping Centre, Mulbarton, was announced.
MULBARTON – All 18 finalists drew a number which put them in sequence to draw a key, with only one which would open the bakkie. Excitement and tension grew as each finalist tried their key! As finalist Fowzia Essop, tried her key, the door to the double cab bakkie opened!
“I can’t believe I’ve won,” said an emotional Fowzia. “I’ve not been shopping here for very long but I definitely think it’s going to become my favourite store after this,” she said.
Owner of Pick n Pay, Bruno Barradas, congratulated Fowzia and she was also presented with a bouquet of flowers.
