Thirty-nine suspects busted

MOFFATVIEW SAPS arrested 39 suspects for various crime between Thursday, February 11, and Wednesday, February 17.

Suspects were arrested for the following: common assault- four, assault under domestic violence – one, possession of suspected drugs – 13, possession of suspected stolen property – one, reckless and negligent driving – one, theft – two, malicious damage to property – two, contempt of court order – one, possession of stolen property – one, use of motor vehicle without owner’s consent – one, theft of copper cable – one, drunken driving – two, possession of stolen motor vehicle – three, shoplifting – two, rape – one, owner of a vicious dog – one, housebreaking and theft – one, warrant of arrest – one.
