AN accident occurred between two vehicles on the corner of True North Road and Kliprivier Drive, Mulbarton on Saturday, April 30, at about 18:15.
The cause of the collision isn’t known but the two vehicles collided at the notoriously fatal intersection.
One of the drivers was found with fatal injuries and was declared dead on the scene. Four other people were treated for minor to moderate injuries, with one of them requiring Advanced Life Support (ALS) care. The patients were treated on the scene before being taken to nearby hospitals for further treatment.
According to Emer-G-Med (Pty) Ltd, JMPD’s Specialist Accident Investigation Unit were on the scene to investigate the exact events leading up to the collision.
