JMPD officers bust two men walking with a stolen TV in the South Hills
JMPD officers caught two suspects walking with a stolen TV in the South Hills on Thursday, November 10.
Officers Jeffrey Brian Hlungwani and Mario Moitze were on patrol when they spotted the dubious suspects – who couldn’t explain why they were carrying the TV in in a plastic bag in Delmas Street.
The suspects were arrested and taken to Moffatview SAPS, on charges of possession of stolen property.
