Miss Joburg South 2026 crowns young queens at Alrode South grand finale

Contestants from across Johannesburg South took to the stage at Warra Lounge to showcase their confidence, talent and individuality during a celebration that also recognised community involvement and charity work.

The Miss Joburg South 2026 grand finale brought beauty, confidence and community spirit to Warra Lounge in Alrode South on October 31.

According to pageant director Gilbert Lawrence, contestants from different parts of Johannesburg South competed for the pageant’s crowns after a two-month journey that included self-promotion campaigns, personal development, rehearsals, charity initiatives and an official sash ceremony.

The competition featured five age categories: Little Miss and Junior, Pre-Teen, Teen, and Senior.
Contestants showcased their individuality in three fashion segments: career wear, traditional wear and evening wear.

Family members, friends and supporters filled the venue, cheering on the contestants as they took to the stage.
