Golden couple celebrates anniversary
Their secret has been laughter - lots of it over the years, and mostly at themselves.
‘GOLDEN Couple’ George and Deanna Faddel of Southdale celebrated their 50th year of marriage on Saturday, February 25.
Theirs may be described as a true love story.
They met on February 27 in 1965, and married at Three Rivers Catholic Church two years later on February 25.
The two have been inseparable ever since, and are cherished by their two children and spouses, three granddaughters, family members and friends, who are very proud of them for reaching such a special milestone in their lives.
Jillian Nolan, their daughter said, “Their secret has been laughter – lots of it over the years, and mostly at themselves. Hearty congratulations, and may you be blessed with many more years of loving, caring and sharing!”
