STANDING PROUD: Nurses who wear their uniforms with pride gathered together to say the Nurses’ Pledge. “This International Nurses’ Day, May 12, Netcare salutes the women and men who wear their uniforms with pride, as well as the students who aspire to take up this influential role in future.

My message to nurses today is one of profound gratitude for the work they do in touching so many people’s lives, and encouragement for the years ahead in their profession. Thank you to each one of you for you.
