A drive for anything with a beating heart
Masses of animal supplies were handed over for a pack of wolves.
MASSES of animal supplies were handed over for a pack of wolves which are part of a large family of animals at the All Heart Foundation.
This was part of a yearly drive largely supported by Jaguar Land Rover The Glen, who believe in making a difference where they can.
The branch, which prides itself on exceptional service, said they supported any initiative which saved the lives of people and animals.
The staff of the branch all supported the drive and assisted with the collection of pet and animal supplies, feeling a sense of fulfillment through caring for those in need.

The drive, which started in March, resulted in a heap of animal supplies being handed over to the All Hearts Foundation non-profit organisation on July 28.
Branch dealer principal Calvin Watkins said the branch wanted, individually, to help those who needed it the most. “We usually helped other underprivileged people and this year we decided that the animals needed our help,” he said.
Dog food, blankets, shampoo, cat food, dog biscuits and brushes were handed over to the All Hearts Foundation.
Founder of the NPO Lexi Austin said their non-profit organisation appreciated the support given to them. She said there were 14 Canadian Timber Wolves alongside other animals at their centre in Limpopo.

Lexi brought along two of the Canadian Timber Wolves, named Luno and Dot, to the branch on Friday and detailed their complex dietary requirements. She said these wolves had a sad history and were at some point going to be sold, so she stepped in and rescued them.
The two wolves, which at six and seven weeks had to eat chicken breasts as they needed large amounts of protein, loved the attention they attracted at the dealership.
Lexi said the foundation just wanted to live up to their motto, which was to save and care for anything with a beating heart.

Jaguar Land Rover The Glen wanted to thank the community of the South, who participated in making this drive successful.
“We also want to thank our suppliers who assisted in making the difference. A special thanks to Lexi from All Heart Foundation who always ensured that people and animals in need are always taken care of.
“A special thanks to Paws Claws and Tails who towards the end jumped aboard and assisted us with the campaign to try and raise more money to cover food and needed goods for these animals,” said Watkins.
