Teachers explain what cancer is

The teachers who were all in support of the learning curve said it was important to inform the curious minds of the youth with vital information on the disease.

TEACHING young ones about cancer is exactly what La Rochelle Primary School teachers did on September 22.

Teachers arrived at school, wearing special cancer awareness bandanas all in the name of creating awareness and sharing vital information about cancer with their learners.

Teacher Mr Adenaya said the day was dedicated to educating learners about what cancer is. The learners were eager to learn as most came wearing their ‘support cancer awareness’ white T-shirts with matching bandanas.

The teachers supported the learning curve and provided vital information on the disease.

LEARNER POWER: Learners learn about cancer.
