Joseph Somwe from Regents Park releases his new book, Blue Flame

He said his book will be available at Bridge Books in Maboneng and 95 Commissioner Street in the CBD.

JOSEPH Somwe from Regents Park is not only talented in drawing. He is also a writer, an illustrator and a publisher.

His company, Living Artist Emporium which is situated at Ellis Park Arena, tennis court upstairs, has grown in leaps and bounds and has acquired a couple of artists.

At the end of November, Joseph’s fiction comic book, Blue Flame will be released. “This is a very interesting comic book. It is about the main character, Derek Louw, who felt unfairly treated by the TRC who refused him amnesty. His mission is to avenge all the members of the TRC. While on his plan, he met Noemi Sparks who heals his battered heart. She made him a human being again, a person with heart again,” explained Joseph.

He said his book will be available at Bridge Books in Maboneng and 95 Commissioner Street, in the CBD.

“At only R87, you can get a copy on Blue Flame. My book will also be released at the same time with another comic book, Khwezi by Loyiso Mkhize,” he said.
