Effective from March 26, visitors will not be allowed in during visiting times and for the duration of the lockdown period.

Additionally, only the following patients will be allowed in the hospital:

· Emergencies

· Surgical out-patients

· Pregnant women

· Medical out-patients who are booked for collecting medication.

Furthermore, please note the following:

· Discretion will be used for those collecting their results (e.g. cancer patients). If it can wait, please stay at home

· Everyone will be expected to sanitise their hands when entering the premises

· Everyone coming in at the main gate, will be screened for Covid-19

· Depending on the outcomes of the screening, patients should be directed accordingly to triage points set up at different points in our facilities.

· Anyone with any respiratory symptoms will be provided with a mask.

The hospital urges the community to be cooperative and work with the hospital management during this trying period by adhering to the measures as well as by staying at home.
