St Martin’s Prep School sports achievers rewarded

Swimming colours were awarded according to the swimmers’ times at galas swum in the first term this year.

At a recent sports awards ceremony, the St Martin’s Prep School learners achieved full colours in cricket and swimming.

The cricket colours were awarded based on the performance of the players over the first term for 2020.

Averages were calculated on five weekly matches played, as well as the two matches played when the St Martin’s boys’ team travelled to KZN for their annual tour.

Swimming colours were awarded according to the swimmers’ times at galas swum in the first term this year.

Veeral Shiba was awarded full colours for cricket, best senior cricketer and the top run-scorer.
Jordan Bennett and Dominique Moore were awarded full colours for swimming.
Nealon Foster was awarded full colours for swimming, runner-up for the Senior Victor Ludorum, half colours for cricket and best miniature bowler.
Keagan Kumnig was awarded full colours for swimming and received the senior Victor Ludorum trophy.
