Active Youngins Foundation donates handsomely

Jimmy Ntuli said this is the beginning of all upcoming projects.

Active Youngins Foundation donated school books, sanitary towels, deodorant, school shoes, body creams and masks to Rosettenville Central Primary School on February 19.

The directors of the foundation extended a huge thanks to all of their sponsors for making it possible for them to reach out to the school.

The learners, their teachers, foundation founder Jimmy Ntuli, Carol Mbokodo (chairperson), Onesimo Hamnca (treasurer), Zinzi Mdandalaza (director) and Lizo Hamnca (board member) are part of the Road to Miss Rosettenville 2021 Season 2.0.

Ntuli said this is the beginning of upcoming projects, which include a girls’ talk, mental health awareness campaign, netball training and spotlight on gender-based violence awareness.

“This year we will be doing more donations, hoping all our partners assist us. Rosettenville is known as a high-crime area, but as a youth foundation we must make sure young people are fully engaged with positive programmes that uplift our community

“To make this possible, we’ve worked with different stakeholders from Sanco, My Lilies of Hope, Aya Beauty Spa, OK Main Street Supermarket, Mr and Mrs Erasmus, Simphiwe Hlafa, Loyal Events and many more individuals.
“We send our gratitude to all of our partners. Rosettenville will rise again for the better,” he said.
