Councillor Rashieda Landis applauds the act of kindness from Paul and David.
Two gentlemen, Paul Rathbone and David Jones, from Allin Street Neighborhood Watch in Haddon fixed the broken rail on Rifle Range Road on May 8.
Ward 55 councillor Rashieda Landis said she discussed this with the two gentlemen and they agreed to fix the rail.
“Thank you to Paul and David from Allin Street Neighborhood Watch for fixing the rail. This was a life-threatening situation,” she said.
