Alleged Mandrax manufacturer’s case sees postponement

Alleged Brackendowns Mandrax manufacturer Thulani Mtotoba is expected to reappear on February 17 at Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court.

This is after he briefly appeared on February 8 on charges of manufacturing and dealing drugs.

The decision to postpone his matter was handed down by magistrate Ashin Singh after the accused’s defence attorney was not present during his appearance.

Mtotoba’s arrest comes after a bust on what was believed to be a Mandrax manufacturing facility in his home in 2019.
