Fox Security, with the help of SAPS, SAPS serious and violent crime units, crime intelligence, CAP Security and Fidelity Specialised Services arrested a suspected hijacker in Glenvista on April 26.
SAPS and security companies received information regarding an Audi conducting hijackings in and around Johannesburg on Tuesday at around 05:00.
A team was deployed to help with the search and the vehicle was spotted by a team and pursued the vehicle.
One suspect was arrested and upon further investigation, it was established the vehicle is linked to a case registered at the Bramley Police Station.
The suspect was detained by Mondeor SAPS while the vehicle that is linked to other hijackings was moved to Aeroton.
