Operation Shanela leads to arrest of 12 suspects

The Kliprivier SAPS continue to combat crime in their areas.

Operation Shanela saw the arrests of 12 suspects in Kliprivier on June 20.

The suspects were arrested for malicious damage to property, possession of dagga, selling illicit cigarettes, selling liquor without a license, and illegal immigration.

They will attend various magistrate’s courts in and around the Sedibeng District.

The police are committed to fighting crime.
