Johannesburg SPCA AGM
Among other things on the agenda is to nominate and elect members to the board of directors.
Johannesburg SPCA will hold its 122nd annual general meeting for its members in the boardroom at 5 Benray Road, Reuven, on July 10 at 09:00.
Business of the 122nd AGM:
1. Notice and constitution of the meeting.
2. To adopt the minutes of the 121st AGM held on July 17, 2024, and to consider matters arising from those minutes.
3. To receive the chairperson’s review of the society’s affairs for the past 12 months, ended March 31.
4. To receive and consider the auditor’s report and the audited financial statements for the year ending March 31.
5. To nominate and elect no fewer than five, and not more than 10, members to the board of directors.
6. To appoint auditors to the society for the ensuing year.
7. To consider any other business that may be transacted at an annual general meeting.
