Body of a man found near Benvenuti wedding venue

On July 9, Kliprivier SAPS responded to a report of a deceased African man discovered along the R550 pedestrian route near Benvenuti wedding venue.

The man, estimated to be around 45 years old, was wearing a green golf T-shirt, a black jacket over a black jersey, and was carrying a sack containing approximately 40kg of scrap metal.

Police are appealing to the public for any information that could help identify the man or locate his family.
