Vision of Joy seeks community’s help to keep its mission alive
Johannesburg south-based organisation asks potential sponsors and volunteers to join them so as to keep their mission going of helping children.
Vision of Joy (VoJ), a registered NPO, will soon celebrate its 20th anniversary since being founded in 2006.
Professionals are running it with the common goal of educating and uplifting members of their society and investing in future generations.
According to VoJ projects manager Rabiya Mohammed, they provide underprivileged children with basic requirements.
VoJ aims to provide an environment where children may learn about culture via dance and music. They aim to establish a space where orphans experience a sense of belonging.

“We believe the arts should be part of children’s daily lives because creative engagement results in healthier children. Our approach to this project and community is a commitment to equality and inclusion,” said Rabiya.
The organisation is strengthened by different sponsors who portray different roles.
The organisation has hosted successful art festivals to cherish the youngsters.
Rabiya said that as VoJ they are pleading to all individuals who have means of funding the organisation to assist in any way to keep the organisation going. They also seek volunteers to portray different roles within the organisation to make its beneficiaries feel more special.

Rabiya expressed her gratitude to all the people who put in a great deal of effort to provide the least fortunate with high-quality services. She also thanked the sponsors for their critical investment choices and high-level support of this project.
