Marist Brothers Linmeyer celebrates leadership in the Johannesburg Mini Council

This induction into leadership marks a new chapter in their journeys as leaders.

Marist Brothers Linmeyer congratulated Holly Roberts and Madison Sanan on their recent induction into the Johannesburg Mini Council.

The ceremony at King David Primary School, Linksfield, was a memorable event.

During the ceremony, the councillors made their pledges to serve their school and community and each one received their badge of office.

This moment marked the start of a significant leadership journey for these young learners.

Madison was elected as the chairperson of management, a role that comes with the responsibility of making sure everything runs smoothly. This is a big responsibility, and Madison is excited to take it on.

Meanwhile, Holly will make a difference through her work on the eco committee, where she will help drive environmental initiatives.

Both learners are ready to contribute their time to their new roles.

Teacher, Lindalva Deira-Lopes said: “We are proud of Holly and Madison and wish them all the best as they embark on their council journey this year.”
