Upperroom Christian Center offers free Christ-centred dating classes
Weekly sessions in Haddon are open to singles, dating couples and engaged partners looking to build a strong foundation before marriage
Upperroom Christian Center is hosting free, Christ-centered dating classes every Sunday from 13:00 to 14:00 at 2-4 Reeders Street, Haddon, Johannesburg South.
Led by trauma counsellor Myrtle Moody, these sessions are designed for singles, dating couples, and engaged partners from any church community who want to build a lasting foundation before committing to marriage.
Topics that are covered:
• Self-awareness and compatibility: Understanding yourself, personality differences and love languages
• Hard conversations: Financial planning, family background, trauma and soul ties
• Health and realities: Honest discussions on health disclosure, HIV status and navigating life’s curveballs
• Faith foundations: Aligning your relationship with Christ’s blueprint over fleeting feelings
The classes are free and no registration is required. You just need to arrive with a notepad and pen.
