Having served in several key leadership roles, Kerry Bailey will now lead Waterstone College as its new executive head.

Waterstone College has announced the appointment of Kerry Bailey as its new executive head, effective from May 1.

Bailey has been part of the Waterstone community for more than 16 years. During this time, she has held several important leadership roles, including head of sports, head of academics, deputy principal, and, most recently, head of high school.

According to the school, Bailey’s journey reflects her strong dedication to Waterstone College and its values.

“What sets her apart is not only the breadth of her experience, but the depth of her understanding of what Waterstone stands for,” the school said. “She knows our values. She has lived our culture.”

The school also praised her leadership style, describing her as a leader who brings a clear vision, determination, and an ability to bring out the best in those around her.

Ms Bailey recently invested further in leadership development, showing her commitment to the future of the institution, its staff, and its learners.

In a message shared with the school community, Curro congratulated Bailey on her appointment and welcomed her into the new role. “Congratulations. Waterstone’s next chapter begins with you,” the statement read.

Waterstone College said it looks forward to a new chapter under Bailey’s leadership.
