VACANCY SECURITY GUARD POSTS (X2) FIXED-TERM CONTRACT (ALRA PARK DAY CLINIC) Critical Outputs/ Responsibilities:
•Perform both regular and random patrols of the premises.
•Access control and searchings.
•Exercise crowd control and evict trespassers.
•Defuse potentially volatile situations and intervene when necessary.
•Report any security-related incidents, hazards or unusual occurrences.
•Document all security related reports in all relevant books.
•Willingness and ability to work to a flexible roster.
•Ability to work in a team and individually. Minimum requirements:
•Matric Certificate.
•Recent PSIRA certificate.
•3 years` experience. Competencies:
•Customer Care Service Skills.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Engaging diversity.
•Problem solving, analysis and good judgment.
•Understanding of NPO structure and its challenges
•Ethical behaviour. Compulsory DSD Vetting requirements:
•Police Clearance
•SAPS criminal check.
•Child Protection Register check
•Part B of National Child Protection Register, Children`s Act 38 0f 2005.
•Sexual Offence Register check
•National Register for Sex Offenders, Criminal Law Amendment Act.
