“Faith is seeing light with your heart when all your eyes see is darkness.” – Unknown
Faith is the act of seeing the finish line in the mental realm before it is manifested in the physical. Faith is not positive confession but seeing those things that do not exist in the physical that they do exist in the spiritual world and then calling them to be or ordering them to appear in the physical.
It starts with creative imagination. You can only achieve in life what you can see in your imagination and what you can perceive with the eye of the spirit nature. It therefore goes without saying that if you cannot see success in the realm of the spirit, forget about it. So, imagination is the seer that sees the future of the individual because it is what you see in your imagination that you will express in your own life.
Imagination connects you to a bigger and better part of you. You need to set meaningful goals in order to achieve what you have imagined; goal-setting becomes key. Failure to set goals and act on them lead to low self-esteem, unhappiness, self-hate, fear and guilt. Goal-setting answers these questions: What do you want? Why do you want it? How will you get it? When do you want it by? And what resources do you need?
The following four steps in the order they are stated will lead to a meaningful life of substance, pride and joy not only to you but to the world:
1. Imagination of a meaningful life/future.
2. Goal-setting – to bring your imagined ideas into reality.
3. Take massive action on your set goals.
4. Have faith – call your dream forth.
Always remember, it’s not the size of the dog in the fight, it’s the size of the fight in the dog that will determine the results.
