When I left home around 05:45 in the morning, someone had left this heap of rubbish right in the middle of the alley and I could not get out.
Is there any way someone can help us to prevent this? Its happens on a regular basis and I have to email someone every three to four months to come and clean this alley on the corner of Lindhorst and Ferreira streets, Kenilworth, and it is rather frustrating.
I can not believe that the citizens of the South can be so inconsiderate to fellow people who live in the South and dump in these alleys which are a means of getting in and out of people’s homes.
