Before I sleep, I normally activate the sleeping mode alarm. At about 02:00 one morning, the alarm was triggered as someone had tried to open my front door.
The ADT monitoring centre immediately phoned me and they did not hesitate to send a reaction officer.
The reaction officer came to check the property. Thankfully no one was there. They must have run away when the alarm was triggered or it could have been a false trigger.
I was very happy to have the officer checking my premises, making sure that I was safe before leaving, which really made me feel protected.
The reaction officer was very professional and determined to make sure I was safe. Thank you ADT for your prompt response to the alarm activation.
