Bigger and better Amid Motorcycle Lifestyle Show

THE 2014 AMID Motorcycle Lifestyle Show has grown in magnitude over the past few years and has proven to hit the correct buttons among the motorcycle fraternity.

The Show was held over the weekend of August 8 to 10 when many motorcycle and lifestyle fans braved the cold weather to visit the NASREC grounds.

The show featured a combination of indoor and outdoor displays showing new as well as current motorcycles, accessories, Concours D’Elegance and plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained.

The audience was entertained by Mat Durrans and Harry Fisher from Ignition Channel’s The Bike Show. The announcement of the winner of the 2014 South African Pirelli Bike of the Year took place on Friday August 8 when KTM took full honours..

Action on the outer fields came from the WOMSA national super moto event on the 4X4 track, which was converted into an Enduro track.

The annual Motorcycle showcase was co-located with the Johannesburg Boat Show as well as the Outdoor Lifestyle show, offering visitors a variety of outdoor lifestyle options such as diving and fishing.

The AMID Motorcycle Lifestyle Show was indeed bigger and better in 2014.
