Chiefs to play Ajax in finals
Chiefs and Ajax will battle it out for the MTN8 title on September 19.

THE Premier Soccer League (PSL) together with sponsors, MTN, have confirmed that the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium in Port Elizabeth will host the 2015/16 MTN8 final between Ajax Cape Town and Kaizer Chiefs on September 19.
The MTN8 final will kick-off at 15:00.
The PSL organising committee also confirmed that tickets for the West Stand will cost R80 and R40 for the rest of the stadium. Tickets will be on sale at Computicket and Shoprite Checkers. The PSL will advise on the availability of tickets in due course.
PSL CEO, Brand de Villiers said, “We are pleased to announce that Nelson Mandela Bay will host this year’s MTN8 final. There were a number of factors that influenced this decision including the response we got from the people of the Eastern Cape when we staged a cup final there a few months ago”.
Last year, MTN8 final tickets sold out in less than three hours. De Villiers said he is hoping that fans from all corners of the country will once again purchase their tickets early. “We have seen some impressive numbers in this year’s MTN8 competition when it comes to crowd attendance and we are anticipating another big turnout at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.”
