THREE boxers from the South made it through to the Senior and Elite South African boxing championship which recently took place in Madantsane in the Eastern Cape.
Top boxers from all provinces took part in the different categories. Ricardo Malajika won a gold medal, Chavante Koopman also raked in gold while Jonathan Sam won silver for the Gauteng team.
