Five-year-old enjoys her horse riding

Lirah Larsen, who is only five years old, is passionate about horse riding.

LIRAH Larsen, who is only five years old, is passionate about horse riding and already has a number of accolades behind her name.

She took up the sport at the age of three and now has her own pony, which she named Viking. Together they have entered the prestigious SANESA Ekurhuleni Interschools in 2019 and held their own.

Larsen entered the first qualifier, which has an age group of u-9s on lead reign.

She received the following results for the first qualifier:

Dressage Test 1: First place

Performance Riding: First place

Working Riding: Third place

The results for the second qualifier:

Working Riding: First place

Dressage Test 1: Third place

Performance Riding: Third place

She is a learner at Revival City College and Viking is stabled at Weltmeyer Farm in Alberton. Her instructor is Dumisani Ndlovu and Larsen and Viking enjoys their training at Weltmeyer Farm.
