Models enjoy showcase event

The outfits on the day were phenomenal and it was difficult to choose best dressed.

FIGURES Models Glenvista held its first showcase event of the year at The Glen Shopping Centre on 27 February, and what a showcase event it turned out to be.

“The theme for the event was, ‘A Day at The Races’, where the students could dress in any outfit that was fit for a horse- racing or motor-racing day out.

“The outfits on the day were phenomenal and it was difficult to choose the best dressed. All the students and parents put in a lot of effort and really went out of their way to make the show a success and give the judges a show not to forget,” said Natacha Thompson, owner of Figures Models Glenvista.

“As always the models and outfits attracted a lot of attention from shoppers and those enjoying a day out at The Glen” she said.

Natacha thanked all the students and parents for an amazing show and The Glen Shopping Centre for their warm hospitality and support.

Figures Models Glenvista will be holding its International Model of the Year semi-finals at The Glen on 7 May.

The models selected for the finals stand a chance to win an all-expenses paid trip to the International Model and Talent convention in New York in July.
