ELLIES Beauty Studio is offering free beauty training to locals interested in learning skills in massages, eyelash extensions, nail technology, waxing and facials. The programme is aimed at addressing unemployment and depression among youth, especially young women, and to promote entrepreneurship and empowerment.
Although the programme will not discriminate on gender, preference will be given to young women. Interested parties need to apply from Thursday, September 15, and Tuesday, November 1, by contacting the beauty studio on elliesbeautystudios@gmail.com or 076 540 9046 for forms.
A grade 12 certificate is not a prerequisite.
