Rapists sought
THE Brighton Beach Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit needs help tracing two men wanted for a rape in Umbilo Park on Monday, 24 June.
A 22-year-old male alleges he was walking along Bulwer Road in Glenwood when he was offered a lift by two men in a red VW Golf. He said they drove him to Umbilo Park and raped him at knifepoint.
He described his attackers as coloured. One is about 28-years-old, medium in height, with a slender build and light complexion, with an ‘Ice-T’ beard. The other is about 41-years-old, medium height with a light complexion and moustache.
The unit urges for anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the men in the identikit to contact Warrant Officer Marshall Paton on 031-203-7334/2/5 or 083-560-0586 or Crime Stop on 08600-10111.
