Mayoral award lauds Reneshan’s sports achievements
BLUFF sports star, Reneshan Naidoo was once again honoured at the Mayoral Awards for Excellence on Friday, 15 November.
The awards pay tribute to people who have positively contributed to the development of their communities within the municipal boundaries, with the aim of motivating others to work within their communities.
At the function at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre, Reneshan was one of the recipients of an excellence award for achievement for the part he has played throughout the world in bringing sporting recognition to the area. Having notched up international and local sporting titles, the youngster, who completed his final matric exam on Monday, 25 November, is set to become one of the Bluff’s brightest exports. His mother, Nisha Naidoo said she is proud of her son and the family was excited about this latest accolade.
