Durban to pay homage to Mandela
THE eThekwini Municipality has planned a week’s worth of remembrance activities to pay homage to revered former statesman, Nelson Mandela, who died on Thursday, 5 December.

On Monday, 9 December eThekwini councillors paid tribute to the ex-President at a special full council sitting at the Durban City Hall as the start of week-long activities to commemorate and celebrate his life. A musical tribute concert followed on the City Hall steps at 1pm.
