Seniors club prepares for 40th birthday
Members are reminded that the next meeting will be held on Thursday, 10 April.

MONTCLAIR Senior Citizens Club met for their monthly meeting on Thursday, 13 March.
The meeting was opened with devotions by Rev Roy Smith.
Naomi then welcomed all present and a special welcome was given to the four new members who have joined the club.
Birthday wishes were given to all those members who celebrate this month. Numbers were drawn for the eight raffle competition prizes. The club lunch outing in May was discussed with members.
After a refreshing tea and snacks, a quiz was held for entertainment. Much fun was had by all present, as they tried to identify grocery items from placards with cut out and disguised pictures of grocery items normally purchased monthly. Several items from the kitchen were also wrapped in paper and had to be identified by touch.
Those with the highest number of correct answers were rewarded with bars of chocolate.
Members are reminded that the next meeting will be held on Thursday, 10 April, this being the 40th birthday celebration of the club.
Snacks will be provided by the club but members will need to pay the usual R5 for tea and refreshments.
