Liquor forum unpacks impacts of new act

Rules and regulations of the new Liquor Act were discussed a t meeting hosted by Brighton Beach SAP.

BRIGHTON Beach SAP hosted a liquor forum meeting on Tuesday, 15 April to discuss the changes brought in with the new Liquor Act (6 of 2010).

Guest speakers included representative from the KZN Liquor Authority, eThekwini department of business licences, KZN Gaming and Betting Board and Brighton Beach SAP station commander, Col Carel Grobler and liquor officer, W/O Theo Van Noordwyk.

Emphasis was placed on the display of Liquor Act, business trading and gambling and betting board licenses and fire and town planning certificates.
